Shows

I.S.T.S... Donny North.

For our first big UK show this year, We had high expectations... But the weather really wasn't helping, we had rain, hailstones, and even snow!! But in true show fashion overrun by car clubs, everybody got mashed and carried on regardless.. Thats those that even bothered to turn up?

This year see a new layout for the club area and camping, it being moved to the outfield and tarmac areas.. The size was huge and was a shame that everybody were so spread out, this had the effect of looking empty even when there were still thousands of people there!! But hey it's a learning curve for the organisers for next year to get it better and make sure the displays are laid out better..

This year see a return of the Autoglym Show and Shine, and apart from seeing a few old show cars updated.. There were some right shockers, that show the Extreme Tuning is still alive in the UK and it hasn't all gone boring plain Euro look yet!!

Brad from B Styling showed the Pulsar finished for the first time.. This is one of FTL's cars and you can see more later this year on our Trade Stands and closing Feature.

Max Power turned up with some of their Featured cars including the Envy Performance 350Z, were glad to see them back on the show scene, and welcome their experience with open arms!

This Pug 406 coupe.. Renamed "Gold Digger" took the crowds by surprise.. A real Show stopper!! And our winner of best extreme show car...

The car was locked all day, but had a mental interior with Kicker Audio... Some even made it into the lights!!

This Ultra smooth Clio owned by Richard showed a good use of actuators with this mental boot set up!!

Custom Made and Painted 14" Steel rims looked the nuts on this Euro look Corsa B van...

Z Max BMW 3 Series with 20's and 5 series rear lights was hard as nails and blew all the other Bimmer's away!!

Got a Rep Mobile and want to take it to another level?? Well this Renault Laguna with Extreme body kit, glitter paint ,19's and mental JBL install including 32" LCD should give you an idea or two??

Smooth.... Thats a perfect word for it!! This mk2 Golf has had a big expensive job done here... And was a Great example of what can be achieved under your bonnet!!

Brad's Pulsar has everything colour coded in good taste, and gives away another clue to having a Fantastic Engine bay!

The chrome on this Prize winning Impreza is another show of how to do it right!

Fusion Audio had this MG ZR on their stand and don't it just look stunning...

It was carried on to the Inside too... We cant wait to see what their new Silver Range will look like when it's officially released next month!!

Audison Audio showed that it don't all have to be in your face.. With this very simple but effective install!!

All in a Laguna that gets used everyday.. Why not? Just for the journey to the Office..!

And this one's for when he gets stuck in traffic... We think this is one of the best Laguna's in the country, but different colour maybe better..

Donny North has always been known for having loads and LOADS of Fit girls all over the place!! And this year was no exception after the sun came out...

The girls at Speed Culture said " we love Donny for the men and the cars.. And love the attention" What Hotel was that again??

Furious Angels came with their Pole dancers and Lap dancers getting it out more and more all weekend!!

Another Furious Angel had a 54" Bust... Well thats all good if she has twins..

The Max Girls were showing that a nice bum needs getting out at every opportunity!!

Wish that was my car... Some Civics have all the Luck!

The girl from Santa Pod was showing her Bum all weekend too..

Now thats just Scary...

And thats Damn Naughty...

Out on the Track at Donnington Park the Car Clubs were battling so show who had the fastest cars... This Evo took the Fastest Time for a Road Legal car all weekend, the owner said.."I'm just running a new T67 in and running about 490 bhp but will be running 600 ish by next week"

Dave from Team TT in Essex was battling it out with the bigger boys.. Showing some that the little 5 GT's can still be trouble!

Setting some good times and not finishing last was this heavily modified 206, that believe it or not was a 1.1..

This Skyline from SEC is a local hero for his Drifting Antics and was throwing it to the maximum.. Putting in Great times!

Strait after that The Heavens opened up once more snowed like mad and everybody left... Was a early finish to a Doomed show from the start!! Had the weather been any better we think it would have been a great weekend...

FTL Think: Donny is always worth going too and next year will hopefully feel the effects of global warming...
